It's Always Fair Weather

So say Gene Kelly and Dolores Gray in their 1955 musical. We could use some fair weather after the devastating tornadoes that hit on March 1st courtesy of the Saturn-Neptune opposition, which was exact the day before.
Planetary alignments on the 16th of March give hope of some fair weather for the Pacific Northwest and surrounding area around this time.
The trine between Jupiter and Saturn, and other favorable aspect involving Mercury, Venus, and Pluto should contribute together to produce a high pressure system over the West Coast region roughly between March 15-17.
