New England: Potential Dates for Severe Weather 2019

June 15-17, 2019
An interesting alignment of Jupiter and Neptune takes place on June 16, 2019. As seen from the astro-locality map above, the alignment will affect the New England area of the U.S. In astro-meteorology, the combination is known to bring heavy rain. Since we are now in hurricane season, there is the potential that around the 16th, tropical moisture will become available resulting in heavy rains over the New England area.

Will it be a tropical system? Not necessarily. It may be that tropical moisture is drawn up over the New England area causing heavy precipitation.

September 14-17, 2019
The Jupiter-Neptune configuration will continue to affect the New England area throughout the summer season. One potential period for a tropical system to affect the area is between September 14-17. I think this one carries more punch with it, so we may be witnessing an actual tropical system at that time.
