The June 13-21 forecast was posted on May 22nd. (Click here for forecast) I mentioned that this forecast would provide an opportunity to confirm Neptune's pluvial influence (having to do with much rain). Since widespread, localized flooding happened during the same alignments with Neptune in 2015, I concluded that a similar scenario would develop during the June 13-21 forecast period.
The forecast stated:
This year Neptune will occupy the 82nd line of west longitude running from Florida through Ohio. This area will likely be subjected to heavy rainfall that produces widespread flooding as we've seen in last year's example. Since we're in hurricane season, we can rule out a tropical system at this time. The weather pattern will then travel eastward and affect the US East Coast.

Accuweather headlines on the 15th read: Strong storms may disrupt travel from Ohio to Virginia
The Accuweather meteorologists warned that severe storms would affect portions of Ohio to Virginia, eastern Tennessee and northwestern North Carolina on the 16th. This is the exact area covered by the 82nd line of west longitude.
In addition to this, meteorologists warned of an Atlantic storm that would affect the eastern US beaches with rough surf on Father's Day weekend. See the Accuweather map below. The storm was not a tropical system, which I thought would be a possibility at the time.
Farther south, but not in my forecast area, Tropical Depression 4 did form on the 19th affecting the eastern coast of Mexico.
By June 20th, the National Weather Service was warning once again of flash flooding potential along the 82nd line of west longitude. They reported, Severe thunderstorms and flash flooding possible Tuesday from portions of the Midwest to the Mid-Atlantic.
Flooding rains continued over the ensuing days targeting Kentucky to Virginia. By the 25th Accuweather reported that 23 people had lost their lives after historic flooding slammed West Virginia thus confirming the pluvial influence of the planet Neptune on weather patterns.
The last portion of the June 13-21 forecast read:
In other key charts, the US West Coast is also affected by Neptune and Saturn. June is not as rainy as other months out west but we may see some anomalous weather pattern develop over the Pacific Northwest especially around the end of the forecast period (19th - 21st). This may be something like a dramatic increase in temperatures and humidity or an anomalous low pressure system.
This long-range weather forecast was fulfilled in the triple-digit heat experienced over the Western States between June 18-20 as shown in the Accuweather map below, although a bit farther south than I expected.

Tropical Storm Colin Fulfills Long-range Weather Forecast
The May 15, 2016 Weather Alternative post contained a forecast for the period of June 1-5. The forecast, based on alignments involving Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune, warned that low pressure and abnormally wet weather were to be expected at this time. The forecast pointed out that since we our now in hurricane season and since the central and eastern Gulf of Mexico was emphasized in key forecast charts, that it was plausible that a tropical storm would develop over this area.
As we speak, Tropical Storm Colin is located around 85 west longitude and 28 north latitude in the eastern Gulf of Mexico and forecast to move onshore over the Florida Gulf Coast tonight (6/6/16). The following Accuweather map shows the likely effects Tropical Storm Colin will have.
The same forecast also called for heavy downpours over the Mississippi Valley, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. On June 2nd, the National Weather Service warned informed, "Heavy rain possible over parts of the Southern Plains and Lower Mississippi Valley." On the 4th, their forecast read, "Heavy rain likely over the western and central Gulf Coast, with heavy rain possible from the Deep South to the central Appalachians."
The following Accuweather map is for June 5th when heavy rain and stormy weather was expected from the Gulf Coast to the Mid-Atlantic region.

June 28 - July 2, 2016 Long-range Weather Forecast
At the end of June, important alignments between Mars, Venus, and Pluto will affect weather patterns over the central and eastern United States. Let's see how previous alignments among these members of our solar system played out in the not-so-distant past.
On June 29th Mars will make its direct station. This means that from our earthly perspective, Mars will begin to move forward in the night sky after a period of apparent retrograde motion. This was always an important celestial phenomenon in astro-meteorology. The last time Mars began its direct movement was on April 13, 2012. Mars was placed over the Plains in the season key chart at that time. Accuweather headlines for the central and southern Plains at that time read, "Life-Threatening Tornado Outbreak This Weekend," and, "Dangerous Tornadic Thunderstorms Continue Today."
This year, the key chart for the season places Mars over the Mississippi Valley as shown in the astro-locality chart below.
Mars will also be in alignment with Pluto on the 29th. The last time Mars was in the same alignment was on September 7, 2014. The key seasonal chart placed Pluto over the Mid-Atlantic region. That area experienced drenching rains and damaging winds.
The last alignment to consider for our forecast is the opposition between Venus and Pluto on June 30th. In other key charts, Venus and Pluto affect the eastern portions of the US such as the Deep South, East Central, and Northeast areas. One key chart is shown below.
The last Venus-Pluto opposition occurred on July 28, 2014. At that time, Pluto occupied the area from the eastern Great Lakes through Virginia and North Carolina. The Weather Channel reported that a strong July storm capable of producing strong and damaging wind gusts marched through the region.
Forecast
Taken altogether, the Mississippi Valley area eastward through the Deep South, East Central, and Eastern Seaboard, will likely see the progression of a severe weather system that could trigger dangerous thunderstorms capable of producing heavy rain, gusty winds, and in some cases tornadic development.
